Melanie joined the centre in July 2010. Before then, she worked at Sutherland-Chan’s Atrium & TD Bank locations, Intuitive Touch in the Beaches and Palmer Massage on Dundas West. She had studied at Sutherland-Chan school where she graduated in 2005. Melanie primarily treats using Swedish Massage techniques but she does entwine other modalities such as; active release, craniosacral, fascial, joint play, lymphatic drainage, and shiatsu.
She is certified to teach Pfilates (created by Dr. Bruce Crawford - Board Certified Urogynecologist) which is a program that strengthens the pelvic floor. As well, she obtained her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in 2015 at Yogaspace In Toronto.
Melanie has been practicing hatha-based yoga for ~ 20 years and continues to deepen her practice. She implements her knowledge & practice of both Massage Therapy and Yoga Study into her treatments.
She resides in High Park with her husband & daughter and if not in the city, they are off venturing Ontario's northern interior landscapes.

Bi (pronounced "be") has been apart of this centre since its opening in 1999. He has over 20 years of experience practicing Shiatsu and Acupuncture. He has been practicing in Canada since 1991. He trained and worked in Japan before then. He has been a practicing RMT since 2002; graduating from Kikkawa College.

Lisa Is passionate about helping people. Whether you enjoy a light touch to relax or you crave a deep tissue treatment, Lisa has both a sensitive palpation sense as well as the firm touch and strength to reach those difficult to release deeper muscle fibres. She also uses a wide range of myofascial release techniques to restore the full range of motion to joints of the body and reduce the incidences of pain due to adhesions of the connective tissue of our bodies.
